Copies of rules and regulations for committee and forms for evaluators

Envelopes for mailing forms, rules, and certificates

Database on computer for dogs entered in program

Database on computer for approved evaluators

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Organizational skills.

Computer skills; ability to maintain databases of dogs entered in CCA program for both program purposes and historical purposes

Communication skills; ability to work with local clubs and evaluators in setting up CCA programs

Knowledge of the program and its purposes

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CHAIRMAN:

Assist in completion of initial rules, regulations, forms and applications for committee

Review and suggest revisions to forms, rules, regulations and applications as may be needed on an ongoing basis

Assign committee members to oversee applications and database of evaluators, database of dogs entered in program,  review of evaluation sheets and application of program criteria to same,  and issuance of certificates

Provide annual report to GRCA Board

Assist clubs in locating evaluators for programs, answer questions regarding rules and procedures

Prepare handouts and information to clubs or GRCA members regarding program

Submit list of qualified dogs to GRNews for publication

Interface with evaluators regarding qualification, evaluations and evaluation forms
