Reservations will be accepted beginning February 29, 2024. Any requests received before that date will be returned to the sender unopened.

RV Hookups are available — limited 50 amp, and plenty of 30 amp.  Bring extra hose and Y water hookup. Shared sewer is also available at most sites. Reservations are REQUIRED for all RVs at this site. Any rig not on the RV chair’s paid reservation list may be locked with a boot or be subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.

All RVs and accompanying cars must have visible parking tags provided by the organization hosting the event.

No sharing of hook-ups with non-paying RVs. Vehicles without proper documentation will be asked to move or leave depending on the circumstance.

ESE reserves the right to tow any vehicle without proper documentation at the owner’s expense.

Please note that quiet hours on the property are 11 pm – 6 am. RVs coming or going during these hours should be respectful of other campers and be as quiet and non-disruptive as possible.

Please put trash in barrels or dumpsters provided.

Only cars (max of 2 OR 1 car and a tow vehicle) affiliated with the RVs parked in the spots will be allowed to park in the same spot in the RV lot. Any cars not affiliated with the RVs in the spots will be required to move or be towed at the owner’s expense.

RVs must fit within the designated 25’x50’ spots and CAN NOT block roadways. Any RVs extending beyond the limits of the spots will be asked to unhook or move, depending on the circumstance.

In case of a medical emergency in the RV lot in the evening or after hours, guests needing medical attention should leave the lights on their RVs allowing the response team to easily identify the appropriate vehicle.

Grilling is permitted in the RV lot, but guests should let the coals burn out overnight, bag them the next day and put them in a trash barrel. For safety reasons, no campfires are allowed on the property.

Exhibitors will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their spaces. Discharge onto the grounds is not permitted. Anyone abusing this privilege may forfeit future parking spaces and could be subject to disciplinary action by the Event Committee, including expulsion from this and all future events.

RV Site Information

Parking will be available at 12:00 pm on Sunday, October 6, 2024, and must vacate the site by no later than
12:00 pm, Monday October 14, 2024. No exceptions.

If arrival is after 11:00 pm, parking will be in the holding lot (with no hookups) and will be moved next day.
Each RV will have an assigned space. No moving to a site that is not assigned to you. You will receive an information packet when you arrive at the show. It will contain parking permits for your vehicles and must be affixed to your vehicles, and information about your site.

Confirmations will be sent when paid.
Date received will be tracked to ensure special requests are able to be met, if possible.

Reservations may be cancelled without penalty through September 4, 2024 – if changes or cancellations will be made, please email Sharon Shilkoff at woodlandgr@gmail.com. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellations will only be accepted by email and refunds made within 30 days of being notified.

A wait list will be maintained if more requests are received than available spots. Notification of status will be sent as soon as it is determined. A final determination of site availability will be made no later than September 27, 2024.
